The state of Nebraska is well known for its beauty. On December 5, 2007, it became known for something else. That was when a 19-year-old boy killed eight people and wounded four others inside an Omaha shopping center. The boy, armed with a semiautomatic rifle, fired more than 30 rounds in less than two minutes.
