Arkansas is known as the natural state, but something very unnatural happened in Jonesboro on March 24, 1998. That was the day two boys walked into a middle school, pulled the fire alarm, and opened fire on unsuspecting students and teachers. The boys killed four students and one teacher. They also wounded 10 others.

Is this how Jonesboro wants to be remembered?
