The Frontier City is surrounded by the famous great plains. On September 14, 2016, there was nothing great about Cheyenne. On that day, a 77-year-old man shot someone in a senior citizen complex and then two others in the parking lot before turning the gun on himself.

Is this how Cheyenne wants to be remembered?
